The purpose of this site is to provide a central “collecting place” to show letters and other items written on behalf of Terra Cotromano. (List is at top of right column.)
Terra has been charged with multiple counts of animal cruelty to a dog or cat as the Executive Director of the non-profit greater Birmingham area animal rescue organization TEARS (The Emergency Animal Rescue Service). There are many, including this writer, who feel that at least within the spirit of the law, these charges are almost surely not justifiable.
This site is only for positive items about Terra and her concern for and treatment of animals. Anyone who wants to write a negative item should submit such to the “TEARS Crisis” section of the “Higher Ground” blog or the comments section on this matter on al.com.
